I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the card base on to a card as a wrap. Layered all elements. Added candi. A gorgeous, cute design.

As I didn't have any card heavy enough to actually make the base card I just printed the main image onto photo paper, cut it out and added it to a DL card.
I printed out the other sheets and cut out all the pieces.
I made up the pretty envelope then added the decoupage layers to the main card and the pretty insert inside.
