I printet the sheet on a good quality of photopaper. Cut out the parts and layered with foam pads. I added the main sheet on a 5x5 inch card.

I COPIED THIS ART WORK ON TO HEAVY WHITE CARD STOCK. I CUT OUT ALL THE PIECES AND USED STICKY PADS FOR THE DECOUPAGE. I CUT A BLANK WHITE CARD THAT WOULD FIT THIS TOPPER. I THEN GLUED A BACK GROUND ON TOP THAT.
THEN I GLUED THE TOPPER ON TOP OF IT. I USED BLUE METALLIC PAPER FOR THE MATTING.
