I printed this image onto 250g gloss paper.

After cutting out the image I layered the image onto blue mirror board and then attached it to a 8x8 card.

I attached the decoupage to the card using double sided foam pads. I then attached a blue teddy bear embellishment to the bottom of the card and then attached a swag of baby items across the top of the card.
