I printed the design on to a Glossy Photo Paper. I clipped then items out. I glued the main design on to a 8 by 8 Scalloped card. I attached the Decoupage/ 3D and Sentiment on with CUP´s STIX2 5mm5mm2mm Sticky pads.

I punched out small Teddie bears in a Heavenly blue colour and attached them with glue stick on to the Scalloped card.
