Creates a cute topper with 3d step by step decoupage for an 8x8" card. Can be reduced in size when printing, for smaller cards.
Features cute little bear family at the baptism font.
Both the characters and flowers are provided as decoupage layers. For a quick card, you could just print sheet 1, add the blank sentiment tag and decoupage the flowers and bootees only.

I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card. Layered all elements. Added gems, a lace bow, a cross charm, a sentiment and my own personalised greeting was added to the blank tag. A gorgeous design.

I printed the design on a glossy photo paper, attached the design to a colored cardstock , cut out all the elements, and made a 3D with foam pads.
I also added a border sticker all around the card.
