3 page 7x7 new baby girl topper, decoupage, blank insert and mixed tiles.

Printed on matte photo paper and attached to 7x7 scalloped card. Built up image with foam pads. Added my selected sentiment and pretty insert. A gorgeous card in beautiful colours. Love it.
Resized to fit a 6x6 card and printed onto matte white paper. Cut out all decoupage layers and assembled.
I printed this lovely design onto good quality photo paper then mounted onto white card. I added decoupage using 2 mm thick foam pads
