Printed on to good quality glossy photo paper. Cut out all pieces. Attached main piece to a white card base with heart borders. Attached 3d pieces using foam pads and the butterflies using glue dot in the center so the wings are free.
I chose a heart border for this card because all babies need to be surrounded by love.

I printed the design on good quality photo paper, cut all the parts, rounded edges a bit and assembled with sticky pads.
I have used a piece of background paper designed by Jean King and decorated with glitter glue
