Printed onto matte coated paper, then mounted onto spotty paper, then onto white card. i used silicone for the decoupage and finished of with a pink insert.
I printed on to matte photo paper. I chose a card and covered with a paper from cup642892_176. I mounted the topper on to yellow card, then on to my card. Layered all elements. Added card candi and a sentiment.
