Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. Cut out all the elements and used DST to attach main element to a white card. Used foam pads to build up the Decoupage. I stuck a Ribbon to the top of the card.

I stuck pearls around the edge of the circular part of the card. I used DST to attach the insert inside the card, and stuck the sentiment inside card as well. A lovely design.
