I printed the design on to CUP´s Premium Gloss 200 gsm Craft Photo Paper. I clipped the items out. I clued the main design on to a Scalloped card. I attached the Decoupage/ 3D and Sentiment on with Sticky pads.

I used Silicone glue from CUP to attach my gems in a Light blue colour to match the design! A Quick and easy BEAUTIFUL design to make a gorgeous card out of! I recomend this design to all of you! Enjoy your crafting!
