I printed the outside of the box onto 250gsm white card then put it back through the printer to print a complementary backing paper onto the reverse.

I pefer to make these boxes this way but there is nothing wrong with using the inside of the box included in the kit.

I printed the rest of the design onto good quality 255gsm photographic paper and cut these out. I scored and folded the box as expected and attached the panels at this stage using thin foam tape. I assembled the box using strong double sided tape.

I added the crossbars using strong double sided tape. I added the elements to the crossbars using strong double sided tape and acetate. Beautiful when finished and it will fold flat for posting.
