I printed the designs on to a Glossy photo paper. I clipped the items out. I Scored and Folded the design in to a card and glued the designs on to the main design. I attached the Decoupage and Sentiment on using Sticky pads.

I printed the card out onto photo paper , then followed all the instructions on how to put together (which are very easy).
After decoupaging all the bits , i added the sentiment , couple of gems then faux stitched to high light the topper.
