Baby Boy Nursery Window Shelf 8x8 Mini Kit & DecoupageCompleted by Lynda Tully
OccasionNew Baby / New Baby Boy
I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I matted and layered the main image and added the decoupage using foam pads and silicone gel...to finish the card I added a blue and lemon bow and peel off corners...this is a gorgeous design.
