I printed out onto smooth white card then cut out all the elements I cut scored and folded dark blue shimmer card added the base design then mounted the decoupage with thin foam pads, I glued the front and back of the gift tag and added silk cord, and to complete the card I added a glitter bow and used wet glue to add the insert, a beautiful keepsake card for a new baby boy.
