I printed the design on good quality matte photo paper and attached the base to a white card with a punched edge.
I added a blue insert inside the card to show through the punched edge..
I assembled the elements with foam pads and added one of the sentiments and the bow. Beautiful design, great graphics and the decoupage is lovely.
Printed onto crafty bobs photo paper and layered up all the pieces with 3D foam pads. Then matted onto 8 x 8 white card stock and added a little bit of glitter for sparkle. Added a toy button and a blue ribbon.
All layered onto digital back ground paper by Sara Little. Such a lovely baby card to do.
