I printed the design on to a Glossy photo paper from CUP. I clipped the items out. I made my own card in a cream color and glued the main design on to it after punching out a Heart border on top.

I attached the Decoupage on using Sticky pads.

I made a matching bow out of off cuts and attached it on to the card, punched out a heart to cover the double sided tape.

A quick and easy Stunning, Cute and Loving design that turned in to a Gorgeous and Adorable card that I LOVE!
