I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card. Layered all elements. Added a baby feet charm and two sentiment tags. A gorgeous design.

A new baby girl. I printed onto glossy printable decoupage paper. I scored the card in 10 cm. I used Baby designer paper for the background. I added a large bow with a pearl placing Baby feet underneath.
I added peel offs to the sentiment tag also adding pearls throughout with glitter. I used the matching insert. Cup 834540_1209 designer Carol Smith
I PRINTED OUT THE DESIGN ONTO WHITE A4 CARD, CUT OUT THE ADDITIONAL TOPPERS AND ATTACHED THEM ONTO THE BASIS PICTURE WITH FOAM SQUARES, GIVING A RAISED LOOK.
I ADDED CRYSTAL JEWELS AROUND THE DUMMY AND HAT EDGING, AND THEN ADDED 2 SMALL DECORATIVE PEARLS ONTO THE BOOTEES.
THIS DECORATED DESIGN WAS THEN STUCK ONTO CARD USING GLUE DOTS, AND THE INSERT PRINTED OUT ONTO THIN CARD FOR STURDINESS.
