I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an 8x8 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.

I shaped the skirt of the dress with my fingers then added foam tape to the outside edges only. I did this for each layer. This makes the skirt look like it is blowing in the breeze. I added the butterfly using thin foam tape and put a blob of silicone glue under one wing to give more definition.

I added the greeting using thin foam tape.

A beautiful card when finished.
