Oval Base Pop Up Card - New Baby Boy
This range of fun little pop up cards are really not difficult to make. The base goes together in the same way as my Easy Peasy Pop Up. The oval base top is added by simply fixing it in place while lining up the slots in the card base and the oval topper.
This cute card comes with a choice of sentiments: A Baby Boy, It's a Boy, Congratulations, Welcome Little One and a blank if you want to personalise. There is a blank writing panel on the base of the card for you to add your greeting.
You will receive 4 sheets in total, 2 sheets of card elements and 2 sheets of envelope elements.

Printed envelope onto 120gsm paper, the card base onto 200gsm white card and all other sheets onto matte coated paper.
I used silicone for the decoupage.
I printed the design onto good quality 255gsm photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded the base as instructed. I used wet glue to attach the back of the topper to the front. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.
I cut out the slits in the base and the oval using a craft knife. I slotted the topper through the oval and then the base and secured using strong double sided tape. I added the greeting using thin foam tape. This gorgeous card will fold flat for posting and fit into the matching envelope that comes with the kit.
