I printed the design onto good quality 255gsm photographic paper and then printed the base sheet again onto 300gsm card.

I then fed it back into the printer to print the backing paper onto the reverse. I then cut these out.

I attached the front panels from the 300gsm card to the 255gsm photographic back using strong double sided tape. I then attached this to the 300gsm card back also using strong double sided tape. This hides the tabs from the front opening. I attached the insert to the inside of the card using strong double sided tape.

I cut out the front panels from the 255gsm printout and attached these to the front of the card using strong double sided tape.

I added the pockets using thin foam tape on three sides to make proper little pockets. I added the greeting to the front of the card using thin foam tape.
