I printed the front of the card and the decoupage pieces on quality cardstock. The decoupage was done with foam pads and I used double sided tape for the rest of the card assembly.

I covered the front of a blank white card with designed paper before attaching the card front. Tiny black pearls were used for the eyes. This is a charming card that could be used as a gift card or a baby announcement.
