I printed all of the elements on glossy photo paper. I cut out all of the elements and assembled them on the base image layering them with gel glue.
I mounted the topper onto coordinating baking paper using foam tape and then on to my card using double sided tape and added the birthday sentiment.
A fun design and perfect for Cinco de Mayo.
