I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card. Layered. Added a sentiment. A fun design for men.

* Used 3D squares to create the decoupage design
* Added double 3D squares under "Caution! Another Birthday Under Construction!" text message
* Placed double 3D squares under the present to create a raised effect
* Placed "Hammer charm" from Printable Heaven in the bulldozer bucket
Printed on good quality glossy photo paper. All elements cut out. The main design was attached to a 6 x 6 card with double sided tape and the decoupage built up and attached using sticky pads.
The insert was printed on good quality matte photo paper and attached with double sided tape
