Printed at a slightly smaller size onto good quality matte photo paper and mounted onto a 7x7 card blank with a mat of co-ordinating paper.I used glue gel to add the decoupage elements and simply tied some cord to the tag loop to finish.A great design that would make a wonderful Fathers Day card too!
