I used a Navy Blue 13 x 13 cm Card. I cut all Decoupage parts..
I used 3mm double sided foam tape on the first layer then I layered all parts using 3mm double sided foam as well.
I used the Silver 'Birthday Wishes' Sentiment. I then used 2mm Diamente Flat Backs in Royal Blue and Silver. I printed out on 210gsm White Matte Board.
A simple and easy design and i am very Happy with how this card turned out.
