The Winner - Balloons Card Mini KitCompleted by By Gwyneth

This card was made to order for a regular customer, Before printing the image I inserted the extra text and then printed onto glossy photo paper.
As my customer wanted a 20cm card I used the inside back of the design as my first layer and then layered up the others as decoupage.
I finished the card with glitter dots. Can be made to order for many occasions.
