Happy Birthday, blank tag.
5 sheet Mini Kit, with a topper, decoupage elements, greeting banners, two A4 backings, an insert plate, and a 8x8 card front (all of which can be reduced in size).
This kit uses a vintage painting of a group of young men playing rugby, on a grass background.

I printed onto glossy photo card then mounted the backing paper onto the card front leaving a narrow border. I mounted the topper using DST then used foam pads to add the decoupage. I finished with the matching insert.
