This is a fairly straight forward card, but I complicated it a little to add my own special touch for my Son.
I printed the pages on 120gm Matte paper. I used DST to mount card base onto a matching brown cardstock.
I cut the intricated adornment on the layers with a crafting knife. It was worth taking my time and using patience to go to this extra step. I layered the pocket watch and decorated with gold balls on the border. Men aren't too fussy on the frilly decorations so I stopped there, but it is still a very tasteful, elegant card.
My truck driver son will love it.
