Lets Go Fishin

I enlarged the sentiment then printed on matte card, wet glued to a matching base card, used foam squares to add the decoupage, blue/black glitter on the framing and sentiment, added gems on the sentiment and finished with Glossy Accents on the eyes and teeth.
