The kit contains 2 sheets which include the card front, easel base, sentiments/stoppers and decoupage. There is a Happy Birthday sentiment or a blank tag/stopper for your own message.
It is very easy to make and instructions are included.

Printed card base onto 200gsm white card and the decoupage onto matte coated paper. I used DS foam tape for the stopper and silicone for the decoupage.
I printed the sheets onto 250gsm. matte photo paper, cut out the pieces and scored & folded the easel base as required.
I added the topper and then the layers using sticky pads. I added the 'stopper' using thick sticky pads. Great fun card the the football fan.
