Printed onto glossy photo paper. Attached base image to green card stock using ds tape. Built up image with 1mm foam pads.

I printed this on good quality matte double sided photo paper. I used grey coloured card topped with crimson red coloured card as the background, adhered with mounting squares. For the base I used 2mm adhesive foam squares and 1mm for the remaining layers.
Finished off with blue trim and stickles glitter.
