A great fun design x
I printed the image on matte photo paper and cut out the elements and mounted with foam pads
I added a card layer and attached a ribbon strip,
Then I added the topper and my choice of sentiment to finish

I printed the sheets onto matte photo paper, cut out the pieces and mounted the main image on to a 7x7 card.
I added the layers using sticky pads. Other captions could be Fore A Wonderful Husband, Especially 'Fore' You, Have A TEE-rrific Day or Special Dad.
Choose 1 or 2. Just ler me know.
I printed on matte card, wet glued the main picture to a matching base card, then foam squares to add the decoupage, I used mint glitter on the edge of the top picture and sentiments and opal glitter on the golf ball then finished with Glossy Accents on the eyes.
I printed decoupage sheets, then cut all elements out with craft knife, then stuck all the elements down with sticky pads
