A beautiful design
I printed the image on Matt photo paper and cut out the elements
I added the Topper to the card base with double sided tape and mounted the layer's with foam pads and finished with my choice of sentiment

Printed on pre-print paper and mounted onto 8x8 card blanks. Embellished with pearl gems and matted using foam tape. Printed insert left blank for own messages.
