Each sign is blank, all you need to do is add a length of cord, glue the front and back pieces back to back, and decorate however you like.

I decided to use it to make a card instead of the hanging
I printed the image on matte photo paper and cut out the elements
I added a silver card layer and mounted the topper and added the elements using foam pads

You can use all the elements of which there are loads or you can adapt them to suit the celebration
a different and beautiful design for a twist card
i used plastic chain instead of ribbon to attach each piece
