This design will fit a 7x7 card blank and can be resized in any graphic program.

I printed out the sheets on 160gsm Navigator paper. I printed the topper twice so that I could add one layer of decoupage. To assemble the card I used dst and double sided foam pads. There is a lovely choice of toppers and the card looks great when finished.
