I printed the image on matte photo paper and cut out the elements and mounted with foam pads
I added the topper to the card base with double sided tape and added my choice of sentiment to finish

I used an 8" white square card and glued 6mm turquoise and royal blue iridescent pearls on the opposite corners.
Added extra 3D squares under the Happy Birthday text and the burger to create a raised effect. Attached 7mm assorted brads over the "screws".
Glued a metal beer charm & 2 miniature bottles with a hot glue gun.
