Life is a Journey #7Completed by Glitter Girl

I cut out all the images and mounted the base image onto a contrasting piece of card on a scalloped base card.

I then added the centre image and decoupage layers using 3D foam pads.

I added a birthday greeting in the lower corner and used card candy on the 2 dots in the centre to one side.

The finishing touch was some stickles glitter around the centre picture and along the edge of the main base card.
