Printed onto matte photo paper 190gsm. Cut out topper, insert and decoupage. Using a 7 x 7 scalloped card I placed a striped backing paper and then added the topper and insert with DST.

Added cartouche and decoupage with foam pads. Added some gemstones and a couple of gold borders.

Gorgeous card to work with. Great for any couple getting engaged and different from the norm.
