I printed the design on good quality matte photo paper and attached the base to a white card that I had punched around.

I added gold glitter paper to the inside to show through the bows.

I assembled the elements with silicone glue and added a gold bow to the spine of the card. I added one of the sentiments to the inside of the card. Beautiful design.
