Copied to glossy photo paper and cut out all the elements. Matted base to green card. Used d.s.t. and d.s.foam tape.

Built up the decoupage using the spare center to put some lace round then added the top most center to which I added green cord. I have used crystal stick on gems in the flower centers. Green gems on the center and the greeting plate.

A stunning design which can be made up in many ways and for many occasions.
