I cut out all elements and layered with foam tape. I mounted on a burgundy mat , then a gold metallic mat and finally a turquoise card front. I added some gold peel off corners, a tag from anouther sheet I had used in past.
Lastly some glitter on the flowers
I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card and layered all elements. Added pearls to finish. A sentiment can be added if required. A beautiful design for a birthday or anniversary, in a gorgeous combination of colours.
