I printed the design onto good quality 255gsm photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded the background design as a no hole over the edge card.

I added the topper to the card using thin foam tape on one side only with the right hand side being over the edge.

I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I added the hearts border using thin foam tape. I added the bow using thin foam tape. I lined the back and front half of the card with white card for extra support. A beautiful card when completed.
