Romance on the Balcony Card Front KitCompleted by Wayne Swan

I printed the design on a Glossy Photo paper. I clipped the items out. I made a base card in Black and glued the main design on to it. I made 2 Cream wavey borders and glued them on to the base card.

I attached the Decoupage/ 3D and Sentiments on with Sticky pads. A Quick and easy Beautiful card made out of this gorgeous design. I recomend it to all of you! Enjoy your crafting!
