I printed both sheets onto glossy photo paper. I cut out the card blank and scored and folded where shown. I glued the bottom of the card together. I then cut out the decoupage and built the layers with foam pads.

I attached a length of lace across the front of the card and then added the heart with foam pads.

I then added a couple of silver hearts to finish this wonderful design.
