These valentine cows are so sweet. I printed out the sheets I wanted to use on Matte photo paper and cut out the pieces. I used foam sticky pads to attach the card topper base to a card blank.

I used foam sticky pads to attach the decoupage center,I had chosen. I use double stick tape to attach the insert. There are multiple choices for the top center decoupage so you can make a lot of cards each different with this set.
