I printed this on matte paper and cut out, I used a 7"x7" card. I attached the insert to center with spray glue and the base of the card with double-sided tape. I covered the giraffes with blue glitter and added a blue satin bow around their necks.
I then added all the decoupage using sticky pads. This makes for a stunning card.

This is a really easy to make and includes a card topper, blank inner and decoupage. Just print off pages and cut out attach to a base card and use DST or foam squares to attach decoupage.
