Just Dropping by 7.5 Decoupage Mini Kit All OccasionsCompleted by Davina Rundle
OccasionValentines & Romance / Valentines Day
I printed on to matte photo paper. I covered a card with gingham paper. Mounted the topper and layered all elements. Added a bow, glitter, candi and my chosen sentiment. How very cute is this, absolutely gorgeous.
