I printed this file onto matt photographic paper, I printed the base card twice so that I could enhance the decoupage, this wasn't necessary just personal choice.

The first base image I fixed to a white card blank, from the second base image I cut out the picture and the envelop, the button, the flower and the greeting band that runs along the bottom.

I fixed the picture and envelope with foam strips, I then matted the picture onto silver holographic card and mounted with foam strips.

I constructed the decoupage using silicone glue. I mounted the greeting strip, the flower, the sentiment and the button using foam pads.

Lastly I applied Glossy Accents to the hearts, the puppy's nose, flowers and sentiment studs (unfortunately this doesn't show up in the photograph).

This is a very cute colourful picture that makes a lovely Valentine card
