Made this with the blank sheets so it could be for any occasion.
I printed off the sheet onto matt card and matted the base layer onto Red mirror card and added a quartered square doily. I used foam tape to mount it to the 8x8 base card I'd added a CUP backing paper to, and a band made from some backing paper, die cie edges and ribbon. I decoupaged the layer with foam pads and used stickles glitter glue to add some sparkle.
