Bear Hugs Decoupage Mini Kit

A mini kit to make a very special valentine's / anniversary / engagement card with 3D decoupage (designed for 8x8 cards, but can be reduced in size).

Includes main topper, decoupage layers and a choice of sentiments. I have also provided a choice of co-ordinating inserts, a gift tag and a little tag for the back of your card for that finishing touch.
